Billing Policy

As a courtesy to our patients we bill health plans directly for services provided. All co-pays & co-insurance are expected to be paid at the time of service. Tower and all of its affiliates are contracted with multiple insurance plans. Please note that the accepted insurances listed within this web site, represents the plans that Tower Diagnostic Center, Breast Diagnostic Center, Tower OpenScan MRI, Bloomingdale Radiology participates with. It is not indicative of the participation list of any of our hospitals. You should reference your health plan's participation list or contact the hospital directly to see if they participate in your plan.

Tower is pleased to offer discounted rates to patients without insurance when making full
payment at the time of service.
